Prof. Dr. A. Vasumathi

Dr.Vasumathi is served as Associate Dean and working as a Professor Higher Academic Grade in VIT Business School at VIT University, Vellore,. Her Qualification is M.Sc., B.Ed., M.B.A., M.Phil., Ph.D. She has 26 years of teaching and research experience. She has published 40 scopus, web of science and ABDC indexed articles on Operations Research, Marketing Management and Human Resource Management in various International (Scopus Indexed) and National referred journals (Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 Categories) in USA, UK, Malaysia and India. 

She published 23 case studies in Operations Research and Financial Management in The Case Centre (ECCH), UK. She received 3 funded projects, grant of 32 lakhs from ICSSR, MHRD . She is a consultant for 3 companies in India and generated revenue of Rs.20 lakhs from the consultancy. Her patent got granted and she produced 4 Ph.Ds. She has nominated by UGC as a Panel member to evaluate project proposals. She served as a resource person for various workshops and invited as a keynote speaker for the various international conferences held at India and abroad.

Michiel Steeman was selected as the inaugural holder of the Supply Chain Finance Professorship at the Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands. Dr. Rahul Bhandari is a distinguished academic professional, currently serving as Asst Prof of Management Head- Office of Institutional Advancement and Strategic Global Engagement Joint Director, Office of Rankings, Benchmarking & Institutional Transformation O.P. Jindal Global University, India. In his multifaceted role, Dr. Bhandari is instrumental in shaping the university’s strategic direction, enhancing its global reputation, and driving institutional excellence. With extensive international experience, Dr. Bhandari has represented O.P. Jindal Global University in 15 countries, fostering global partnerships and collaborations.

He has taught over five thousand students across six countries, bringing a diverse and inclusive perspective to his pedagogy. His commitment to education and academic excellence has made a significant impact on students from various cultural and academic backgrounds.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nor Azura Adzharuddin

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nor Azura Adzharuddin is currently a faculty member at the Department of Communication, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Her research interests span Cognitive Psychology, Quantitative Social Research, and Communication and Media. She is currently leading a project titled "The Moderating and Mediating Factors between Strength of Ethnic Identification and Responses to Diversity Portrayal in Advertisements among Malay and Chinese Students in Malaysian Higher Institutions." This project delves into how ethnic identification influences perceptions of diversity in media, with a focus on understanding the complex dynamics among students from diverse backgrounds.
