Dr. Anuradha Iddagoda 


Dr. Anuradha Iddagoda holds a PhD from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and is an expert in Human Resources, with a particular focus on employee engagement. Currently, she is leading a research project exploring the intricacies of 'Employee Engagement' within organizations. Dr. Iddagoda’s academic journey also includes an MBA in Human Resource Management from PIM - University of Sri Jayewardenepura, along with a Master of Information Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) from Charles Sturt University, Australia. Her diverse academic background bridges HR management and IT, giving her a unique perspective in fostering employee engagement in tech-driven workplaces.

Dr. Aftab Haider is an Associate Professor at Bahria Business School in Islamabad, Pakistan. His primary research interests lie in Leadership and Human Resource Management (HRM), focusing on leadership dynamics, employee engagement, and organizational development. Over the years, Dr. Haider has contributed to numerous scholarly publications and serves as a reviewer for several esteemed international journals. His work bridges the gap between theoretical insights and practical applications in HRM, particularly in leadership strategies, making significant impacts in both academic and corporate settings.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Sandy Arief 


Sandy Arief is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Negeri Semarang. He received his PhD in Accounting and Corporate Governance from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, with an "Award" (PhD thesis without corrections/revisions). His research interests include green and circular economy, organisational culture, leadership, and employee empowerment in using information systems and the subsequent impact on organisational innovation and performance.

AP. Dr. Sikandar Qalati


Dr. Qalati is an Associate Professor and Vice Director at the School of Business, at Liaocheng University, China. His research interests include entrepreneurship, SME performance, sustainability, and social media use. With over 50 SSCI/SCIE-ranked publications, his work appears in top journals like Business Strategy and the Environment and the Journal of Cleaner Production. He has over 4000 citations on Google Scholar, an h -index of 30, and an i -10 index of 54. Dr. Qalati also serves as an associate editor for the Middle East Journal of Management and Discover Sustainability.

Uddhab Pyakurel, an Associate Professor of Political Sociology also serves as Associate Dean of School of Arts, Kathmandu University, Nepal. He, who was acting Director of Global Engagement Division of KU, completed his Master in Political Science and Sociology from Tribhuvan University, joined Delhi School of Economics (University of Delhi) to pursue M. Phil, and earned Ph.D. from Jawaharlal
